SYNTHÈSE presents its 2024-2025 annual report

Montreal, November 24, 2025 - SYNTHÈSE is proud to present its annual report for 2024 and 2025. Seven years after its creation, our organization continues to pursue its mission with determination: to build solid bridges between higher education and the digital creation industries.
This year, we have stepped up our efforts, both in terms of monitoring and forecasting and in supporting students, institutions, and businesses in addressing the challenges of matching training to employment.
Highlights:
The announcement by the Minister of Higher Education to fund the rental and development of the center of excellence in digital creation at Îlot Balmoral, this reinforces SYNTHÈSE's mission to bring together educational institutions and industries.
A program map has been developed to provide a better understanding of digital creation training in Quebec (more than 2,000 courses). It will be available soon.
SYNTHÈSE has participated in numerous consultation meetings aimed in particular at revising the DEC in Multimedia Integration Techniques and creating new programs.
SYNTHÈSE organized Agir sur nos compétences en IA (Acting on our AI skills), two mornings of discussions held as part of E-AI 2025.
Five new video clips on inspiring career paths were published.
The careers directory was expanded with some 20 new entries, including a dozen related to artificial intelligence.
The second edition of EXPLORE YOUR FUTURE! enabled 160 students to visit 21 studios in Montreal and Quebec City.
The third edition of the Traineeship Program enabled 18 digital creation students to land an internship.
The launch of the Crossed perspectives, shared experiences series brought together more than 75 participants for an initial meeting on the collaboration between stop motion and visual effects.
EXPERTS has adopted a new format offering replays of panels and conferences in digital creation.
