How does the traineeship program work?
Open your doors to future creative digital production professionals for a 4 to 16-week traineeship, from January 5 to September 30, 2026.
1. Discover SYNTHÈSE’s traineeship program
Formerly known as the ARRISTAGE program, this initiative aims to connect digital creation studios with students seeking a 4 to 16-week internship from January to September 2026.
2. Prepare and submit your traineeship offer
Determine the skills you are looking for, the tasks you would like to assign to the intern, and the desired dates between January and September 2026. Then complete the online registration form to submit your internship offer.3. Get help finding financial support
SYNTHÈSE provides information on the various available funding programs for onboarding and paying your trainee for non-credited training..png)
4. Receive candidate recommendations
SYNTHÈSE reviews the applications and recommends the best matches for your criteria. This gives you access to a pool of qualified candidates who meet your requirements.5. Conduct interviews with candidates
Following the review of applications, you conduct interview(s) with the candidate(s) who caught your attention.
6. Welcome your trainee
If you are fortunate enough to find the right candidate, an agreement will be signed between your studio and SYNTHÈSE. You can then welcome the trainee to your team!Details of the 2026 creative digital production traineeship program
