Four new programming and design courses to follow on EXPERTS

The EXPERTS platform continues to expand its range of continuing education courses, offering four new courses this fall focused on programming and design.

From TouchDesigner to spatial computing, augmented reality, and systematic video game design, participants will benefit from the teachings of four experts to enrich their skills, in collaboration with the NAD-UQAC School and the University of Quebec in Abitibi-Témiscamingue (UQAT).

Launched by SYNTHÈSE in 2020, the EXPERTS online course platform already offers nearly 60 courses in the fields of 2D-3D creation, management, design, and programming. Tailored to meet the evolving needs of the industry, these courses are designed for professionals and recent graduates working in video games, visual effects, animation, and digital experiences in Quebec.

4 new courses to discover

1. Python in TouchDesigner

  • Presented by Vincent Brault, with the NAD-UQAC School

This training course offers you an in-depth immersion into the world of TouchDesigner. Recognized as a powerful and intuitive platform, TouchDesigner is the playground for artists seeking to create generative, interactive, and performative visuals through visual node-based programming.

Beyond the fundamentals, Vincent Brault, who works as a trainer at the SAT, will guide you through the integration of Python into the TouchDesigner environment. Mastering this programming language allows you to develop and design complex and more powerful interactive applications, such as the implementation of preconfiguration systems.
