SYNTHÈSE was founded in 2018 by Ministère de l’Enseignement supérieur (the provincial government department responsible higher education) to help develop a high-quality workforce in Québec that meets labour-market needs.

SYNTHÈSE is located at Îlot Balmoral, in the heart of downtown Montréal’s entertainment district, the future hub for training and research in creative digital production.
